House plan number SH-10012 (shown above),
has up to four (4) bedrooms possible. With overall dimensions of 65′ x 67′, the home has
a first floor area of 1726 square feet. Plus, there’s an additional 1170 square feet of finished area in the basement.
Why we invest in artwork, rather than photos only
Artist illustrations are a great way to visualize landscape or potential locations for a home…
like, by a stream, or in a meadow.
And, honestly… we don’t use photos if a neighbor’s home is unattractive, or when landscape isn’t finished.
We want YOU to see the design, without distraction.

Why Black & White Illustrations?
We know from experience, some people are turned off if the house is not shown in their favorite color (seriously). Some people cannot see past color.
So, we generally illustrate in black and white. Then people can imagine the colors of their choosing.
Yet, photos are available for some homes. To see more, click on a house to open another page.

Do the illustrations accurately represent each house?
Our illustrations are NOT random artist concepts. They are drawn from photos of the actual home, or from computer models. While there could be slight variations, we strive for accuracy. The following examples show how precise they really are.
