Why paintings and artist illustrations?
Artist illustrations are a great way to visualize landscape or potential locations for a home… like, by a stream, or in a meadow.
And, we don’t use photos if a neighbor’s home is unattractive, or when landscape isn’t finished.
No distractions, just wonderful designs.
Why Black & White Illustrations?
We know from experience, some people are turned off if the house is not their favorite color (seriously). Some people cannot see past color.
So, we generally illustrate in black and white. Then people can imagine the colors of their choosing.
